Welcome to the family of the Department of International Business Studies (IBS) at National Chi Nan University, all new Master's students. Here, you will meet a group of good classmates who learn from and cooperate with each other, senior students who take care of you, friendly and knowledgeable teachers, as well as the assistants in the department office who can help with anything. Whether you have something happy or sad to share, or you suddenly feel hungry during class, the department office located on the fourth floor of the management building next to the study hill is always open to you. Feel free to come and visit, grab some snacks from the snack corner, chat with the assistants or teachers, and face challenges with a positive attitude.
As a student, you should "learn everywhere" and always maintain a "vibrant" attitude. The period of university and graduate school is an important stage for you to cultivate personal competitive advantages before entering the workforce. The Department of International Business Studies at National Chi Nan University provides diverse learning opportunities and a good learning environment, allowing you to explore yourself and your future employment direction by developing your expertise. The department offers three sub-fields of professional courses: "International Business Operations and Strategy", "International Finance and Accounting", and "International Marketing and Innovation". The department also offers relevant courses in English and cross-cultural management to train you to become competitive international management talent.
"Enterprise Management Project" and "Enterprise Internship" are the two practical characteristic courses of the department. Under the guidance of the project supervisor, you and your team members have the opportunity to participate in internal and external business start-up or enterprise case competitions or assist in promoting local characteristic industries. The enterprise internship course is offered during the semester and summer vacation, and more than half of the fourth-year students have experienced internships in domestic and foreign companies. In addition, about 10 students from the department are successfully selected each year to participate in short-term exchanges at universities in various countries, including Europe, America, Japan, Korea, and Mainland China.
We hope that during your two years at the Department of International Business Studies at National Chi Nan University, you can find something you like and love, and willingly invest your time and energy to collect relevant information, research, and become a professional. In the past, you may have been more accustomed to following the words of your parents or teachers, and less proactive in seeking out yourself. We hope that after coming to the Department of International Business at National Chi Nan University, you can actively try different professional knowledge, get along well with the supervisors, and successfully complete your master's thesis. In this process of finding yourself, you are not alone, your classmates, seniors, teachers, and assistants in the department office are all good people to consult. Interact with people around you, join Line groups and Facebook fan pages of the department, and accumulate a lifelong network of interpersonal relationships, which is your own treasure.

歡迎各位新鮮人加入暨大國企系這個大家庭。來到這裏，你將會遇到一群互相學習彼此合作的好同學，對你照顧有加的學長姐，親和力十足又學有專精的老師們，以及系辦裏的萬事通助理姐姐們。不管你有開心或難過的事情想要找人分享，或是上課上到一半突然覺得肚子餓，位在勵學坡旁管院四樓電梯出來右轉的系辦公室永遠為你打開。你想到就進來系辦走走看看，在零食區吃點餅乾糖果，跟助理姐姐們或老師們聊聊天，就能帶著積極向上的心態去面對挑戰。
做為一位學生，就是要**「到處學習」，並且隨時保持著「生氣勃勃」的積極態度。大學時期是你在步入職場工作之前，培養個人競爭優勢的重要階段。暨大國企系提供多元的學習機會與良好的學習環境，讓你可以多方面的去認識自己，探索自己想要培養的專長與未來的就業方向。本系提供「國際企業經營與策略」、「國際金融與財務」、「國際行銷與創新」**等三個次領域專業課程，以及全英語授課與跨文化管理的相關課程，訓練你成為具備國際競爭力的管理人才。
**「企業管理專題」與「企業實習」**是本系兩大實務特色課程。大三時期在企業專題指導教授的帶領之下，你與同組夥伴有機會參加校內外商業創業或企業個案競賽，或是協助輔導地方特色產業的推動。企業實習課程於學期中與暑假皆有開設，大四同學超過一半以上皆有在海內外廠商進行實習的經驗。此外，本系每年約有10位同學成功申請到國外大學進行短期交換。本校學生最快可於大三上學期申請五年一貫碩士學位學制，錄取後成為本系碩士班預修生，爾後參加本系碩士班甄試或入學考試，經錄取後最快可於碩一下學期取得碩士學位。
在大學這個階段，最重要的就是找到自己喜歡、熱愛的事情，然後心甘情願的投入時間和精力去蒐集相關資料去瞭解它去做到專業。過去的你可能比較習慣按照父母或老師的話去做事，比較少自發性的尋找自己。希望你來到暨大國企系之後，可以主動的去多方面嘗試去接觸不同領域的專業知識、系學會所舉辦的各種活動，或者是參與至少一種球類系隊的例行練習，從裏面找到你的熱情，從而發展成為你未來的職涯方向。在這個尋找自己的過程中，你不是一個人，周遭的同學、學長姐、師長，以及系辦的助理姐姐們，都是你諮詢的好對象。多與周遭的人互動，加入系上的Line群組和FB粉專，累積成一個值得一生經營的人際網絡，這是屬於你自己的寶藏。
